Did you say you want dessert for breakfast? 🙂 Try this banana-peanut butter pancake.
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1/4 cup milk (reduce milk if using egg)
- ghee/oil to grease the pan
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork
- Add peanut butter and mix well
- Add oats, milk, and egg (if using) and mix until well combined
- Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and grease it with a little ghee/oil
- Add a ladle-full of batter and let it cook on medium-low flame for 2 mins
- Flip and cook for a few seconds. Repeat with the rest of the batter
- Serve and enjoy with fruits or honey 🙂
